You have the right to return the product you purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days by selecting another product or requesting a refund. In both cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.
Please note that for the request for return or replacement of the product to be accepted, the following cumulative conditions must be met:
- Contact the store at +30 22710 40383 or at the mail info@chiosidea.gr, to report your request and approve the return of the product.
- The product should be returned to its original condition and original packaging with all the original accompanying documents.
- The returns are made only with the courier company Speedex Courier while the packaging of the shipment of the returned product must be safe so as not to cause any damage during its transportation. In case of loss or destruction of the product during the transportation of the return, our company bears no responsibility.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions are not accepted. Changing the already changed products is not allowed.
If the order has been executed incorrectly by us, such as shipping a defective product or damaged packaging or a different product from that of your order, then you are entitled to repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
Finally, in case of product return, the refund of your money will be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the product, after deducting from the amount that will be deposited in your account the shipping and return costs of your order.
