chiosidea.gr can serve customers all over Greece in cooperation with the courier company Speedex.
The shipping costs for the are:
- For packages weighing up to 2 kg the charge is 3,00 €.
- For packages weighing more than 2 kg there is a charge of 0,90€ for each extra kg.
- For packages weighing 25 kg or more, the shipment is made with a transport agency. The charge for the shipment is borne by the recipient and depends on the agency and the volume of the package.
When the shipment is carried out by the courier company Speedex there is the possibility of cash on delivery with an additional charge of 2,00 €.
After we receive and confirm your payment, your order is sent to the address you have indicated to us, while you have the opportunity to declare the receipt of your package from the courier store that serves you.
Orders are shipped within 1 to 4 days (subject to availability) from the date of your order confirmation. In case your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, remote islands, etc.) we will contact you.
A change of delivery address of your order cannot be made in case the order has already been shipped by us.
Please note that for safety reasons for the receipt of your order by the cooperating Courier, the presentation of an identity card or a relevant document is required, while we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
