The Homestyle pizza pan is shallow, with no high walls. It offers better baking from below, for a crispier result and less baking from above. It is made of aluminum, a material that makes it light, very resistant to rust and very fast to heat. It does not have a non-stick coating, which is why during cooking you need a sufficient amount of oil so that the food does not stick.
