Gastronorm dish of size GN1/3 and depth of 100 mm. It is suitable for preparing, cooking and preserving food since it can withstand temperatures from -40 to 300 degrees Celsius. Due to its stainless steel material, which is extremely resistant to high temperatures, it does not leave odors in the food and keeps its taste unchanged. In addition to cooking, it is also suitable for maintaining the temperature of food in buffets as well as in refrigerated or non-refrigerated display cases.
It is a very good choice for food storage in restaurants and catering, since due to its resistance to temperature fluctuations, it can be placed from the oven directly into a blast chiller. Its only drawback is that it is not suitable for use in a microwave oven.
